The sculptural artist and comedian-actor Karel Creemers presents his solo-performance "KALM". A truly hilary spectacle in which the comedian (ab)uses the Shakespearian Hamlet as a pantomime-variation. Karel draws the inmortal Danish Prince into his own -nutty but logical- world. This artist, a member of the Ronaldo Circus (in which he created the figure of Carlito, obsessive vendor of Pinocchio-puppets) for more than ten years, is a grotesque manipulator of objects and emotions, and uses his almost unlimited possibilities of expression for his mimic art.

We take them for a walk with a chain; we cage them; we experiment with them, exploit, hunt and cook them. We destroy their habitats, we extinguish them... And on top of this we insult them without the slightest hesitation. We scream: donkey!, reptile!, pig!, vulture!, dog!, goat!, chicken!, snake!... ANIMAL! How ingrates we are!
